For years, Washingtonians have been subjected to a frustrating and time-consuming experience at the DMV. Perhaps you have heard or even been part of the horror stories concerning lines, confusion, and red tape one encounters at the local motor vehicle administrations.

The United States Vehicle Registration Service (USVRS) is a private company serving residents of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia since 1986 and was conceived as a timesaving service to act as a liaison between the public and the various DMVs in the DC metropolitan area. We offer a variety of services for your automobile, including vehicle registration and inspection needs in the metropolitan Washington, DC Maryland, and Virginia areas.

USVRS began with Greg Campbell and Nick Montgomery's simple realization that many people in the DC area simply did not have the time it takes to complete the registration and inspection needs of their vehicles.

Today, USVRS is a company on the move. While Nick has left to pursue opportunities in London as an attorney, full-time and part-time staff members have joined Greg, the list of services has been greatly expanded, and now USVRS is online!!

Whether you need a vehicle inspection, registration renewal, or autobody work, USVRS makes things as easy on you as possible. Our representative comes to your home or office, picks up your automobile (if necessary) and appropriate documents, completes your service request, and returns promptly to you usually by the end of the day.
